Job summary Assistant People Services Advisor - Band: 4 An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen as part of the Compliance and Change team within People Services.
The successful applicant will support the team by providing initial advice and guidance on queries, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and best practice in all employee groups through either face to face contact, phone, email or in writing.
Individuals should have a relevant NVQ level4/diploma level (or equivalent) or relevant experience to NVQ level 4, as well as experience working within an administrative role or working within a team/providing a service to customers.
They should have an understanding of People Services policies and procedures and the ability to work on and use their own initiative, prioritise work and work accurately tomultiple deadlines.

Initial advice will cover all agreed People Services policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment and all employee groups through either face to face contact, phone, email or in writing.The post holder will work in close liaison with members of the wider People Services and OD team in order to ensure continuity and provide cover for colleagues as appropriate, Recruitment, ESR.
