We are looking for a creative andexperienced Assistant Manager at the The Finchs Arms.
The 18th century inn has recently been awarded two AA Rosettes, as well as a 5* AA Inn rating.
The Assistant Manager should be an individual who can provide exceptional customer service, while motivating andleadingtheir team.
This role is ideal for a flexible and experienced individual who works well under pressure.
A passion for the food and drink industry is fundamental.
About us Our family run business first opened its doors over thirty years ago.
Since that moment, we have been striving to provide all of our guests with a memorable experience.
We currently have two prime locations, and will be expanding our family further.
As we will be opening new establishments in 2023/2024 and beyond.
Our company is for someone who is looking to progress within the hospitality industry.
We want our Proper Pubs to be fun and friendly places for our team to work; where you love what you do, feel happy and supported, and can help us create the best possible experiences for all of our guests.We will encourage anyone who has a passion for hospitality, to learn new skills through training and we will help you progress through the company.We have had many junior members of our team, move on to senior position, such as Head Chefs and Senior Management.Were always on the look for the right team member,someone who wants to add worth to our company and is a creative hardworking individual.The Proper Pub Company is expanding, so as new sites open, more opportunities will arise for progression.
And we love to see our team members blossom as they take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities Include: Ensuring all customers arereceiving the best level of service Motivate and lead the team to encourage professionalism and enjoyment whilst at work Training team members todevelop their service skills and product knowledge Input to the creation of promotions and products to increase general awareness and sales within the site Working with the team to create and run internal events Assist the GM with other duties; such as proving directors with end of week sale information Undertake the GM roles in their absence or during holidays Working Hours: Full time to include evenings & weekends TPBN1_UKCT
