Assistant Manager We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused quick-service restaurant.
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping to lead a motivated team to success.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager: Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and staff management Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver top-quality service Assist with training and development of team members to ensure high standards of performance Maintain excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and feedback quickly and effectively Help manage stock levels, orders, and inventory control Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations and company policies Monitor financial performance, including labor costs and sales, to help meet targets Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash management Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a fast-paced, quick-service or hospitality environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Ability to manage and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude A solid understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace If you're a motivated individual looking to take the next step in your career and join a growing team, wed love to hear from you!
