Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily floor and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experiences.
Support the General Manager in staff training, scheduling, and day-to-day management.
Lead from the front, providing hands-on coverage on the floor and behind the bar during peak times.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a bar, pub, or restaurant.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering top-quality service.
