We are looking for exceptional Group Reservations Manager at SticksnSushi!
£45-£50k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared with the team) Full-time role At SticksnSushi we employ people with big smiles and small egos.

We ensure our guests enter our restaurant with a big IRASHAIMASSE (welcome to our restaurant) and leave us with the best feeling possible.
We are looking for an experienced professional, to lead our in-house reservations team in driving covers across our 15 Sticks n Sushi Restaurants.
Our Group Reservations Manager must have a solid and proven track record within the world of restaurant reservations, and is now looking to continue their journey as the ambassador for SticksnSushi, as we continue to grow.
The Group Reservations Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurants, guest experience and Head Office team management and motivation.
The Candidate: You are an exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
You possess both excellent verbal and written communication skills and can adapt your style to a range of audiences.
You will be the first contact for many of our guests journeys and youll thrive on creating connections and delivering exceptional hospitality.
You are highly organised with unwavering standards, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
A love of structure and the ability to stay ordered whilst managing multi-site reservations is crucial to success in this role.
Our restaurants are high volume, fast paced environments; you must be able to work quickly to meet the high level of demand and interest in our venues.
You are an Open Table expert and technologically savvy.
You will manage the reservations group-wide, across the phone-lines and email, and approach the bookings system with a nimble, entrepreneurial mindset to ensure that we maintain the highest possible occupancy.
You can strategize.
Youll work closely with the Operations team, Marketing, and the on-site management teams to proactively plan for upcoming seasonal changes and events.
You are data and results driven and will continuously drive to push covers and meet your KPIs.
You will produce detailed and strategic reports for the Operations team and Operations Director to ensure the continued review and success of the department.
A strong and responsible leader of your section.
You will guide the Management and host teams across our sites on their training and ensuring that they are set for success and can run the services to their full capacity.
You are an excellent problem solver with the ability to maintain oversight across several brands.
You will be flexible in adapting to changes and be able to pre-empt and respond to the ever-changing needs of guests and busy London restaurants.
At least 3 years of experience as a Reservations Manager in a similar high-end restaurant or restaurant group role.
