Sales Target Achievement: Drive store sales performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in running the day-to-day retail operations.Experience & Skills: Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent customer service and team development abilities.
A background in fashion or accessories is a plus.
