The role demands strong operational focus with the ability to support/play an active role in the achievement of our sales and commercial objectives as outlined in the balance score card.
Deputising in the absence of your manager and covering colleagues in their absence, our assistant managers have the skill set to manage all aspects of our buildings.
Create a proactive, empowering and safe workplace for our colleagues and member through your contribution to our team and values adoption Achieve, with your team, the location's balance score card objectives.
Deputise in the absence of your general manager and provide support and cover as required within your location for periods of leave/absence from community and reception.
Responsibilities Trading and Performance Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to company team colleagues Work in collaboration with the account receivable (AR/finance) team to deliver accurate billing Deliver finance tasks in line with tasks assigned to the role.
People, Community & Culture Take part in regular routine of contact with your members.
Capture all feedback, share using the established channels Ensuring new member move-in's are managed whilst leading and communicating with the team to achieve this.
Safety, Compliance & Operations Ensure brand standards are adhered to across the location, conduct walk rounds and audits as required.
Capture, report and escalate where appropriate all member issues, ensure progress/action is reported back to the member Manage relationships building suppliers/third parties in a professional and collaborative manor, in accordance with the SLA terms (where applicable) using agreed reporting and escalation tools.
Conduct and oversee daily location checks as prescribed by Shield safety.
