Management Accounts Assistant 3 - 6 month Fixed Term Contract Location: Peterborough Hours / Days: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) Job type: Full Time FTC 3 - 6 months Salary: £15 per hour Reporting to: Group Commercial Director About our Client: Our esteemed client is a boutique security company offering the full range of services – from providing highly skilled security operatives and canine patrol handlers through to mobile patrols and keyholding.

About the Role: Due to a restructure within the Finance team our client has a requirement for Management accounts assistant to join them for a three to six month period.
This person will be based in the Peterborough office and will sit alongside the Group Commercial Director and assist in the production of the monthly management accounts as well as taking responsibility for key reporting to the bank each month.
Main Duties: * Income reconciliations between Xero accounting system and Smart-task time and attendance systems, ensuring that all income has been correctly recorded and invoiced * Assisting with monthly preparation of the management accounts * Completing balance sheet reconciliations on key accounts * Helping with the completion of monthly bank reconciliations for our Invoice financing facility * Helping maintain the daily cashflow forecast model for receipts and payments * Producing proposed supplier payment runs * Reviewing the VAT returns prior to submission * Assisting with the year-end financial audit * Adhoc projects as required Requirements: * Part qualified accountant (min AAT) * Articulate written and verbal communication skills.

* Good level of computer skills (ie, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) * Able to demonstrate success in similar role
