Skills and experience of the Assistant Kitchen Manager: Being positive, people focused and getting involved with the local community is a must.
Being punctual and detail oriented.
Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety.
A track record of exposure to fresh food kitchen operations.
Experienced on financials such as wastage control, labour margins and overall p/l review.
Always leading from the front with a passion for developing future management.
You don't have to be an eco-warrior but an interest in keeping the planet clean is essential.
