Assistant Hr Administrator

Talent Junction are partnering with a leading business in Southampton who are looking to appoint a Human Resources Assistant to join their growing team.
As a full-time Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the HR Director and HR team to deliver an exceptional HR service to the business.
A Key part of the role will be managing the recruitment process, overseeing new starter and leaver procedures, including inductions and preparation of contract paperwork.
Working as part of a small team means you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to a range of HR-related activities and projects.
Respond to employee HR queries
Assist with payroll administration and data entry Ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain HR software, records, and employee files ensuring accuracy Participate in HR projects Perform other HR-related duties as needed The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a HR function.
A minimum of two years of HR experience
