Ninja Leisure is a division of Burhill Group, who operate 10 golf clubs, 15 competitive socialising venues and 5 ninja sites across the country including Swansea.
Swansea is a has 6 fixed Ninja run courses with 3 warped walls of varying heights as well as an inflatable with a course run, battle beam, climbing wall and slides.
The venue also hosts a café with hot and cold beverages, hot food menu and snacks.
The mezzanine overlooks both the fixed and inflatable elements, creating a space for spectators to enjoy food and drinks whilst watching the ninjas at work!
Swansea has a range of parties to suit a wide variety of people from kids' parties to team building and corporate adult events.
The party rooms allow us to cater all parties with their own private space to have food after their Ninja sessions.
What will you do?
Overall responsibility for the delivery and development of all aspects of Swansea and to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
To maximise revenue through the upselling of retail products and food & beverage offering.
To nurture, develop and retain the Swansea team members.
To safeguard the long-term success of the Ninja Leisure division for its stakeholders, the Assistant General Manager will display determination and focus in guiding all the elements of Ninja Leisure to the highest level ensuring that Swansea is recognised as the premier family-centric leisure destination of the surrounding area.
Experience you MUST have?
Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Duty Manager or Deputy Manager (essential) Operational site management experience (essential) P&L Financial experience (desired) Experience of Sales and Marketing (desirable) The post holder will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Check to carry out the role.
