As an Assistant General Manager your responsibilities will include the following: Driving customer service in your site.
Ensuring standards are high across the site at all times.
Driving sales and ensuring site profitability.
Training, coaching and developing your team.
Achieving store and company KPI's.
The ideal candidate: You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability throughout all departments.
Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Be target driven and customer service orientated Be highly motivated and ambitious.
Be a self starter with a can do attitude.
