We are seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead a vibrant pub in the picturesque village of Bledlow Ridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for first-time GMs, as you will receive plenty of support from the owner to help you succeed.

Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment Managing and motivating staff to create a positive team culture Overseeing stock management, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations Planning and organizing events and promotions to attract and retain customers What Were Looking For: Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service Strong organizational and leadership skills Previous experience in a supervisory role within a pub, restaurant, or similar setting is preferred but not essential A positive, can-do attitude, ready to embrace challenges and contribute to a vibrant pub experience If you are excited to bring your energy and ideas to a beloved local pub, we want to hear from you!
