Assistant Finance Business Partner

Are you an assistant accountant looking for that first step into finance business partnering? Do you enjoy financial analysis and presenting information to support business decisions? Working as part of a finance team this assistant finance business partner role will take responsibility for the following:
•Analysis of the P&L on multiple sites to ensure they are tracking budget
•Month end duties including posting journals of prepayments & accruals
•Updating the consolidation for presenting month end results to sites and the SMT
•Resolving expense discrepancies that have been incorrectly coded in the month
•Updating payroll data
•Assisting with a rolling forecast for future year budgets
•Balance sheet reconciliations
•Carrying out ad-hoc analysis
•Answering queries
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ideally AAT qualified or who is commencing their ACCA/ACMA and looking to get more commercial exposure. This role could be based completely remotely for the right person but attendance to meetings on a monthly basis could be required.
