### Description **About the Role** This role will include supervising nd supporting our technical team, whichwill involve creating detailed show reports, stage plans, schedules fortechnical support team, to ensure smooth running of dayeveningentertainments.
As well as Running technical and dress rehearsals alongsidethe director.
Working with our amazing team you will liaise with all parties involved withthe production and entertainment leadership team to deliver all our shows tothe high Butlins standard.
Manual labor will be involved by Lifting and carrying equipment and sets(including the unloading and loading of vehicles) as well as acting assecurity personnel to safeguard equipment and performers.
Through out yourshift to be insuring the correct storage and regular maintenance of sceneryand scenic properties, including implement health and safety procedures. ### About You Were looking for experience in the entertainments industry, with at least 2years in stage manageemnt and leadership experience.
Do you have a wealth of knowledge in technical proedures and systems alongwith expereince in manageing a high perofrming team.
Were looking for a team member with excellent communication skills and aproblem solving attitude, with an ability to work to deadlines.
