They are currently looking for an Assistant Engineering Manager to assist in the running of the workshop and management of the team.

Role & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily running of the workshop Manage a team of 30 engineers, technicians and fitters Provide hands-on assistance to heavy vehicle maintenance, repairs and inspection Assist the Engineering Manager with planning, liability & conformance, scheduling and stock management Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Essential You must be an experienced engineer with a background in heavy vehicles You must have experience leading a team- this could be in a supervisory or team lead position You must be keen to learn and grow with a company, as progression is expected with time-served Desirable Experience maintaining and repairing buses Engineering qualifications Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from candidates outside the UK, or without full right to work in the UK.
