An AJ100, highly regarded multidisciplinary studio who specialise in high-end residential renovations are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join it's collaborative South West London team.
You will be required to support design processes across all RIBA stages of design, and will work within financial parameters ensuring projects are delivered appropriately.

Job Description Work within an experienced team on a high end residential renovation, mixed-use or commercial projects at all RIBA stages Experience as a design manager is preferred but not required - support and training can be provided Monitor the contractual framework by defining scope and deliverables, reviewing terms, and guiding the team to ensure alignment with client expectations Collaborate closely with the project leads and design managers to review monthly budgets, making informed decisions Assist in developing strategic program timelines tailored to each project stage, proactively monitoring deadlines and deliverables in collaboration with the design team.
Mentor junior team members and offer insight Liaise with client and attend team meetings Foster a collaborative and positive working environment Key Skills ARB Part III qualified or equivalent, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field Proficiency in software such as Revit & AutoCAD, Deltek, Powerproject is required Knowledge of relevant UK regulations and building codes Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams is also required If you are looking to progress within design management, are passionate and have a desire to excel in a collaborative environment, then apply today!
