The Role: As an Assistant Design Manager or Design Co-Ordinator, you will typically assist the current Design Manager on live projects.
You will be involved in a variety of tasks from liaising with the Architects on drawings through to 278 works.
You will be involved in package management from a design aspect and work closely with the operations team to make sure what is on paper is possible to deliver.
The right person is someone who is confident in certain tasks related to the role but not looking to be a Design Manager for the next year or two.
It is someone who is still learning, ambitious and keen to utilise a very experienced and knowledgeable manager.

The Applicant: The ideal candidate must have: * Further related education or be working towards this.
Potentially an Architecture degree or engineering * At least 3 years experience working in your field * Main Contractor experience It is desirable to have: * Worked on fast paced projects, potentially fit out.
