Utilisnig intuitive technology and outstanding expertise across marketing, procurement, supply chain and sales, they deliver brilliant marketing solutionsNow, looking for someone to join as Assistant Company Secretary, offering support across Corporate Governance, a new role, established from a growth in work load for the business as they have opened more entities, in more countries.The role:Statuatory FilingsSupporting with organising AGMs and Share Holder MeetingsYou will open, establish and close any new or old entities within the business.Entity managementOffering board support and preperation.Attending board meetings, taking minutes and assuring all legal requirements are metAdvise the board on Corporate Governance issues, compliance and best practice.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Professional Services ready to make a move in-house.
