Duties: * You will be conducting in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identifying key trends and drivers influencing both current outcomes and future projections * You will simplify financial concepts for non-finance staff, empowering managers to understand their accounts and build effective strategies through strong collaborative relationships * You will Support in decision-making by performing ad hoc analyses and contributing to various projects as needed * Posting journals in the finance system to ensure accurate record-keeping * Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly KPI reports * Potentially traveling to site across the midlands offers on-site support * Participating in budget preparation and processing activities * Assisting in the annual year-end audit process * Producing various ad hoc reports to meet the needs of the business Requirements: * You must be part-qualified in AAT, ACCA, or CIMA * Proficient in Excel with a strong eye for detail * Self-driven and confident in working independently * Committed to improving the finance function and contributing to broader business success
