Your new role What you'll do:Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPIs.
This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements.To assist the cleaning supervisor with the requirements listed below.
Ensure the below is maintained in supervisor's absence ., holidays, sickness.Assist in the compliance with the site waste management procedures.Ensure that RFM procedures and practices are adhered to ., Health & Safety and COSHHEnsure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards liaising with the cleaning supervisor on completion of quality audits.Check all equipment is clean and in good working order, reporting any faults to the cleaning supervisor.Ensure safe working methods and report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.Ensure efficient stock control, usage of materials and complete stock spreadsheets in supervisors' absence.What you'll need:General cleaning experience in a commercial setting Previous supervisory experience desirable but not essentialExperience working within facilities management is desirableThe successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.Who we're looking for:People are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
