With up to 46 covers, the kitchen focuses on fresh Japanese and Korean dishes.
As an assistant chef your duties will include; Assisting with all aspects of kitchen management Supporting the other chefs Ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for for a chef who has the ability to stay calm under pressure and has a passion to learn and help develop our cuisine.
