About You :You'll be proactive and enthusiastic, ensuring that your support and advice is tailored to meet the students and graduate needs for their future careers.You will also have: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, with the talent to establish positive and effective working relationships.Work experience that has involved managing projects with limited supervision and within set deadlines.Ability to identify student need, provide effective advice & support and/or signpost appropriately to wider university services or teams.An awareness of graduate careers, including what makes an effective job application.
