They collaborate with our Designers, Merchandisers and Technologists to put together stylish new collections for every season.Your roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the brand licensing team in London as an Assistant Buyer, where you will design, source, develop, and buy childrenswear for a well-known brand.
We seek candidates with brand experience and a detail-oriented, entrepreneurial approach.
In this role, you will support the buyer in developing commercially successful ranges aligned with the licensor's vision, manage fit meetings, oversee lab dip/strike off approvals, and ensure clear communication with suppliers.
You will also negotiate costs to meet Key Performance Indicators, provide administrative support, analyse sales and trends to identify new opportunities, collaborate with the license team and internal sourcing division, and manage samples for various meetings and photoshoots.About youWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Buyer to join our team in London!
You will manage a wide range of responsibilities throughout the development process, assist with the administrative aspects of buying, and confidently present proposals to gather support within the business and from external brand partners.
Your extensive knowledge of current and potential market and fashion trends will enable you to create commercially inspiring ranges.
