37 hours per week Your role: In this role, you will provide specialist Lived Experience and EDI advice and support across the organisation, in line with national guidance.
You will support the implementation of key programmes of work and a workforce inclusion strategy to help deliver our strategic council plan and missions, whilst ensuring we have an organisational culture where staff are encouraged and supported to thrive.
You will work closely with senior leaders, staff and managers across the organisation as well as Trade Union colleagues and wider partners.
