Your new role Dealing with incoming phone calls from suppliers and payroll queries Dealing with incoming emails to Accounts/Payroll email address Coding material purchase and plant invoices in Kefron Coding office overhead invoices into the Kefron database.
Reconciling supplier statements to Sage and Kefron, checking all invoices for the month, and raising payments to Sage and updating the supplier payment summary.
Dealing with disputed invoices and credit notes Inputting credit card expenses onto Sage Preparing weekly subbies and bricklayers schedule for payment, which requires all measures and invoices to be signed off for payment.
Then all measures/invoices are inputted onto sage Inputting sales/credit invoices onto Sage and preparing reports Preparing weekly payroll for Hudson Subcontractors for payment, using Chime software.
Prepare reports for various departments.
Dealing with payroll and accounts queries Input CIS surfacing invoices onto Sage, put on hold until test results are received by Contacts Manager Responsible for the office petty cash, inputted into Sage.
What you'll need to succeed You should be AAT part-qualified or fully qualified, or have over 3 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent qualification.
A strong background as an Assistant Accountant or in purchase ledger is essential.
Additionally, you must be comfortable working under tight month-end close deadlines.
