Assistant Accountant

Following a period of investment, our client have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their expanding business in Turriff.Working with a small, experienced team, you will work closely with operations in this broad and interesting role and as such requires you to be highly motivated to undertake responsibility for a wide range of tasks over multiple companies within the Business.Duties will include:Preparation of Monthly Management AccountsPreparation of Final Accounts to Statutory Level Ready for AuditPreparation of Management Information and CostingsCash Flow ForecastingBudgeting and Variance AnalysisVAT ReturnsSales InvoicingSales & Purchase Ledger duties during busy periodsHoliday Cover for Purchase Ledger functionMonth End ReconciliationsCredit Control and Sales Ledger Receipt AllocationProcess Credit Card Statements, Fuel Sheets, Inter-Company RechargesAssisting members of the accounts team as requiredAny experience with Sage 200 is highly beneficial.Dont miss out.
