Assistant Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Assistant Accountant to join a growing IT business based in East Leeds.
The business is going from strength to strength and with that they are looking to add an experienced finance head to help with the changes that come with a growing business.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, key duties of the Assistant Accountant will include: Assisting with the production of Monthly Management Accounts Processing Accruals, Prepayments and Journals Balance Sheet Reconciliations VAT returns Variance Analysis Preparation of financial reports for senior management Payment runs General Ledger To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following: Previous experience of working within a finance function Strong excel skills Confident communicator Great attention to detail In return, the successful candidate will receive the following: £25,000 - £30,000 25 days holidays Hybrid working environment Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
