Fixed Income & Liquidity Solutions Overview Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions, within Public Investing, manages more than $1.7 trillion* in assets for a variety of clients, including private wealth mandates and institutional clients such as insurance companies, pension funds, and endowments.
The team has a long history of investing across public fixed income strategies including rates, currency and credit on behalf of our clients.
Investment ideas are created through collaboration between portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders.
Role Overview The Fixed Income team has an opportunity for an investment writer focused on macro, markets and fixed income strategies.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial markets and a self-starter with experience producing financial content.
The candidate will be responsible for producing timely content including thought-leadership, messaging, and marketing collateral, supporting key stakeholders to promote fixed income content for the fixed income investing group.
Responsibilities Researching, writing and editing content for thought-leadership, blogs, podcasts and videosEnsure timely production of key content (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and ad-hoc)Consolidate views from the investment teamRapid response to market and macro eventsWorking with our fixed income investment team to develop and maintain key content and messaging for a range of fixed income strategiesCustomize content for different mediums and audiencesWorking closely with marketing and media to amplify and customize messagingWork closely with fixed income leadership to identify strategic direction of content in fixed incomeQualifications Five years' writing experience working for an asset management company or similar organization, including finance/investment-focused journalism and PR or investor relationsPassion for financial markets, with a strong understanding of economics, and fixed incomeExcellent writing, editing and proofing skills as well as keen attention to detailAn ability to translate key investment views into digestible client-friendly contentLikely to have a degree or further professional qualification in finance-related subjectsAbility to manage competing deadlines and priorities
