OUR STORY Founded in 2016, DF Capital was born with a focus on distribution finance - providing dealers, distributors, and manufacturers with the funding they need to stock, display, and sell products, without straining cash flow.
Since then, we've delivered over £3.5bn of funding across diverse sectors.
From motorhomes and machinery to motorbikes and lodges, we've financed all shapes and sizes of commercial vehicles and automobiles (no planes or trains - yet).

THE ROLE Our Asset & Portfolio Monitoring teams sit at the beating heart of the business, overseeing all aspects of the customer journey from onboarding to recovery.
You'll join the team in a role with varied responsibilities; including supporting the Asset Audit and account management teams with regards to Asset Audit output management, assisting the Collections & Recoveries Manager and Portfolio Monitoring Managers with counter-party risk management and the production of legal documentation and condition management.
Interacting with a number of other teams across the business to protect risk through Audit and production and compliance with legal documents. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Other duties may be assigned outside of the following duties and responsibilities: Monitor and manage Asset Audit output whilst liaising with the National Client Managers and Credit teams regarding audit follow up actions to ensure swift closure of audits Asset Audit schedule support; including DADJ updates to Asset Audit frequencies Oversight of arrears, working with the NCM team to and Collections & Recoveries Manager to ensure swift resolution of issues and to support the Collections & Recoveries Manager in any required arrears or recoveries resolution Production of right first time legal documentation for new and existing customers including bespoke documents Execution, management and storage of legal documentation Production of right first time facility amendments Creation of third party entities Add customers to DF Connect Account closure Requirements Ability to engage and build relationships across all areas of the business Confidence to make decisions within your authority levels You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills You will be flexible and dynamic in your approach to resolving issues You're independent and well organised with a 'can do' attitude You have excellent Customer Relationship skills You are hardworking and passionate about achieving great results You pitch in and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty You will have an excellent attention to detail and able to work well on your own and as part of a team Desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment Benefits Private medical insurance for you and your partner/spouse 10% Employer pension contribution 30-day annual leave entitlement plus Bank/Public Holidays Free Gym Membership Discretionary annual bonus Discretionary share awards Life Assurance Income Protection Save As You Earn company share acquisition scheme Tax efficient salary sacrifice scheme to obtain bicycles and electric vehicles 3 days paid Volunteering leave to support our local communities Vibrant office location in the lively city centre of Manchester.
