Role Responsibilities: - Management of staff: Operationally manage the members of the Asset Planning team, carrying out one to ones, reviews, and all line management duties in line with the organisations policies & procedures - Data Analysis & Collection: Ensure stock data is updated and maintained within the asset management system and other systems, following any change to the stock or its assets.
- Transfer site and cost based information to the asset management system, ensuring that accurate records regarding stock (including non-domestic) are maintained, including the update of SORs between systems.
- Ensure that asset related data including completions of component renewals, updates from surveys and any other relevant data are loaded into the relevant systems on a regular cycle - Asset Performance Evaluation - Business Planning Experience: - Managing & leading a team.
- Working within a data capture & analysis, performance reporting and/or performance management/auditing environment.
- Supporting the development of large-scale property investment programmes - Developing long-term planned works & budget forecasts Education: - Qualification (minimum HNC) in data/statistics management and/or construction/property services.
Qualifications: - Business intelligence reporting.
- Asset management & housing management systems.
- Electronic asset data collection, business systems & associated quality monitoring/business assurance.
- Property & investment requirements, asset data, investment planning & stock sustainability.
- Performance frameworks/management & KPI reporting.
Desirable qualifications: - Market awareness of renewable energy options, sustainability initiatives & carbon awareness.
- Financial performance indicators & aligning analysis outputs with large-scale budget requirements (including net present value and/or ROI principles.
- Housing related tenures.
- Asset data requirements.
- Planned, cyclical & responsive maintenance programmes.
