The Group owns and manages just under 5,000 homes and provides services for over 3,000 factored homeowners. We make a notable difference to lives and communities through helping to meet housing needs and employing around 100 people. By 2025, our team will be providing a brilliant customer experience to at least 8700 customers.
As CVG's Asset Manager you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our property portfolio and contributing to our vision of delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality homes. This strategic position combines leadership, innovation, and collaboration to maximise the value and performance of our assets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities · Strategy Development & Delivery : Lead the creation and execution of our asset management strategy, delivering major works, planned investments, and life cycle replacements.
· Compliance Leadership : Oversee health and safety compliance for all properties, including gas, fire, and electrical safety, as well as management of asbestos, legionella, and lifts.
· Energy Efficiency & Zero Carbon Goals : Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency and achieve zero-carbon targets for our homes.
· Customer Engagement : Collaborate with customers to shape responsive, high-quality projects and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Team Leadership : Manage and develop the Asset and Compliance teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
· Procurement & Financial Management : Ensure value-for-money delivery through effective procurement, contract management, and financial oversight of investment programs.
