Flexible working opportunities Full time 37 hours Fixed term contract - 15 months Closing date: 27 November 2024 The roleOur Asset team play a hugely important role within Selwood Housing, ensuring that our properties are always kept in top condition, and continue to be warm, safe and energy efficient places to live.As Asset coordinator, you will liaise with our surveyors and tenants to book in appointments, dealing with any new problems or requests as they come in.You will also take ownership of the stock condition database, ensuring it is maintained and updated after each survey is completed, and helping new users get up to speed.
