We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to assist with the key processes and services related to our OpX SaaS platform.

This is a full-time position based on a hybrid basis from our Cardiff Hub where a small number of our colleagues are based.

• IT proficiency, especially in MS Office, and experience using cloud-based applications.
Any experience in customer-facing roles like retail, hospitality, or customer service.
A basic understanding of project management or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS platforms, even if from self-study or projects.
The role is based from our Cardiff Office on a hybrid basis.
This role pays a base salary of £25,000 plus Profit Share dependent on company and individual performance.
