Energy Assessor Sector: Local Authority
Assignment: Temporary (12 weeks)
Location: London
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Experience: EPC Assessment experience essential
We are looking for several Domestic Energy Assessors to conduct EPC surveys in the West London area.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting EPC assessments and lodging them with the relevant governing body.
Ensuring timely submission of all relevant documentation to our office, adhering to processes and targets set by our management team.
Managing and controlling your assigned lists, and accurately reporting any properties that are difficult to contact.
Proactively working with your manager to continuously improve processes, documentation, and delivery of objectives.
Acting as the 'face of the company' and maintaining a professional image with clients at all times.
Producing regular reports to assist your manager and department.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: DEA Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality service.
Strong planning, organisation, and self-management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
IT literate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
