Assembly & Test Engineer

About the Company - An industry leading organisation with offices in the Walsall area is looking for an Assembly & Test Engineer to join the expanding team.
The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to build and repair.
Additionally, suitable candidates will have excellent communication skills.
About the Role Location - Walsall Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 Responsibilities/Skills You'll be responsible for the incoming fault finding of flight-critical actuators, and compiling survey reports, and assembling Valves, Manifolds, and/or Actuators with high precision You'll frequently use measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges to inspect component parts.
You'll have experience working from engineering drawings, and component maintenance manuals.
Strong knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering At least 1 - 2 years' of engineering experience You'll need Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
