Assembly Operator

Job Description Major Recruitment have a rare opportunity to join our Client in East Kilbride, as an Assembly Operator.
This is an exciting time of growth, allowing them to offer this role on a Temp to Perm basis.
\n Hours of Work : Dayshift (Backshift Opportunities coming in the New Yea) \n Mon to Thurs: 0720 to 1620 and Friday 0720 to 1350 \n Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.00 depending on experience.
\n \n Reporting to the Lead Operator, you will be assisting in the Assembly Operations of the shop floor.
\n Duties Include: \n \n Setting out materials, tools and parts \n Understanding Clients specifications and differences in design \n Assembling cladding and signage materials \n Checking for quality and reporting any defects \n Ensure a paper trail for all materials and finished/Assembled products \n Working to both individual and department deadlines \n \n Previous Experience Includes: \n \n Working to tight deadlines \n Performing well in fast paced production lines \n Machine set up and control \n Ability to use a variety of hand tools \n Setting out and changeovers \n Cladding and signage production \n \n Essential Skills Required \n \n Attention to detail \n Keen eye for checking quality \n High level of organisational skills \n Calm and clear mind under pressure \n \n If you feel you could be successful in this role, please apply including your CV.
