Salary: £27,000 per annum Location: Bolton Hours: Monday/Friday - 9:00am/5:00pm Primary Responsibilities: Carry out daily tasks as assigned by the Sales Team and outlined in the Workshop Schedule.
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on customer and company-owned trailers, including rental units, to ensure all are serviced to company standards.
Document all completed work and required parts for each job in a job sheet provided by the Sales Team.
Keep up-to-date and detailed records of servicing and maintenance for each trailer in the companys rental fleet.
Promptly report any issues or damage to customer trailers or vehicles to the Branch Manager or Supervisor.
Assemble flat-pack trailers and perform trailer modifications as needed.
Support the Towbar Technician and receive training to fit towbars as required.
Maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment.
Keep all tools in good working condition, and report any defects to the Branch Manager.
Provide guidance to customers as needed.
Ensure company uniform and protective gear are worn, clean, and presentable at all times.
Adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Participate in stock inventory counts when required.
Hold a valid drivers license.
Complete training and operate a Forklift as necessary.
Perform any additional duties as reasonably requested.
Tools and Equipment Used: Workshop hand tools and air tools, such as drills and spanners.
Office equipment, including computer and phone.
