EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for an Assembly Engineer to join a precision engineering company located in Tamworth, working on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include: Work to detailed engineering drawings and schematics Assemble machined components Working with various hand tools and equipment Working on hydraulic circuits and fixtures Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate: Strong mechanical knowledge Minimum 5 years assembly experience Mechanical qualification, apprenticeship or time served Able to assemble small, medium and large parts Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems Able to use hand held assembly tools Confidence bending and forming parts Manual machining experience - grinding, lathes and mills Able to troubleshoot and handle complex assembly issues Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience with electrical circuits and controls is highly desirable ?
