Assembler Salary : £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Location : Ross-on-Wye We're seeking an Assembler to join this very welcoming and experienced team.
In this hands-on role, you'll be instrumental in building and assembling high-quality products that their customers rely on.

What's on Offer as the Assembler : Holidays : 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 25 days + bank holidays with length of service).
Pension : 3% contribution, increasing to 5% with service.
Bonus : Discretionary annual bonus.
Key Responsibilities of the Assembler : Assemble from detailed documentation and drawings.
Ensure precision and quality, working to meet targets in a 'zero defects' culture.
Accurately record work progress, both electronically and in hard copy.
Requirements for the Assembler : Experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Soldering to IPC 610 standards (certification preferred but not essential).
Soldering, crimping and wiring.
Must hold a valid British passport.
