About the Role: Position: Learning Support Assistant Start Date: ASAP Location: Guildford Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time Role Type: 1:1 support for a child with specific needs, including speech and language, behavioural challenges, or high SEN requirements.
Contract: Ongoing, with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to a primary-aged pupil, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.
Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to implement effective learning strategies and interventions.
