Protocol Education are currently looking for Psychology students of graduates who are interested in working within education or with children with additional needs.
This is a perfect way to gain experience with children for those looking to go on to be an education psychologist or other similar roles. What is the role? We work with schools in and around Bristol to provide support staff for children and we currently have roles such as general classroom Teaching Assistant and 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 SEND support assistant.
The children have a range of diverse needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and sometimes physical disabilities.

Having or studying a psychology degree means that you not only have an interest but also a knowledge of these diverse needs and ways to support them.
You do not have to have any experience working in this field and we are happy to discuss the transferable skills that you may have from other areas. Which school will I be at?
