An exciting opportunity has become available for a Clinical Director at Framlingham Vets, as part of the IVC Evidensia Aspire programme. We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking to progress their career into management, or a Vet who already holds a management position and is looking for their next challenge and career move.

From day one, you will be paired with an experienced Clinical Director Buddy who will guide you through your development, share insights, and support you throughout your Aspire journey.
The programme will support you in developing key leadership, financial, human resources, and clinical management skills with learning streams including:
Financial Management for leadersHuman Resources Management for leadersMentoring and coaching for leadersResilience and WellbeingAdvanced leadership principlesPractice ManagementLeadership for growth and sustainabilityProfessional DevelopmentAspire to leadAt Framlingham we work to a high standard of patient and client care that is evidence-based and endeavour to provide a patient-first service. Working over two branches we have dental X-ray, dedicated operating theatres, diagnostic imaging suite, in-house laboratory, and separate dog and cat wards. We have large reception areas and plenty of parking for clients and our team at both sites.
We currently have 2 Veterinary Surgeons, one who is a certificate holder in ophthalmology, and another is a Cert AVP. We also have 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Nurses, and a team of very competent Receptionists to make a Vet's life as easy as possible.

The hours would ideally be full time (40 hours), ideally 4 days a week, having a day off during the week.
1 in 3 Saturday mornings, given back in toil the following week and no out of hours or on call.
