Key Responsibilities of ASD Teaching Assistant (TA): - Provide personalised support to students with autism spectrum conditions. - Assist teachers in creating and adapting lesson plans to meet student needs. - Encourage student engagement and build their confidence. - Monitor and report on student progress to staff and parents.
