Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Andover, Hampshire Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits Our Client is a national player, seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their growing team in the South Central area, to cover new contracts, including: Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector Client sites.
You will need a successful track record of working within the industry, undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys and Analytical duties.

Experience / Qualifications: - Must have worked for a well-established Asbestos outfit, as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - Will have the P402, P403 & P404 BOHS qualifications (or RSPH equivalent) - Excellent and rounded industry knowledge - Experience writing detailed written reports with schematic drawings - Maintaining strong Client relationships The Role: - Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys across a wide range of Client sites - The full range of analytical duties, including: 4 Stage Clearances, Reoccupation, Leak, Background and Personal air testing - Overseeing and managing Asbestos Removal teams - Completing visual reinspections - Ensuring compliance with industry and health & safety guidelines - Writing thorough technical reports and discussing directly with Clients, answering any technical queries Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Consultant, Environmental Consultant.
