Asbestos Consultant - South East

EDP, part of RSK Group, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Consultant to join our successful and expanding national asbestos team on a permanent, full time basis.
This is a hybrid role based within the South-East region and will require travel to clients.EDP is an international health, safety and environmental consultancy founded over 25 years ago with offices throughout the UK and with international operations in Australia, Singapore, and Ireland. ResponsibilitiesUndertaking building surveys and bulk sampling Carrying out asbestos air monitoring including the issuing of Certificate of Re-occupation and Statement of CleanlinessAdvise clients on legal requirements, regulations, and industry standards related to asbestos managementPreparing accurate reports and plans of your work in standard formats Maintaining and building on good relationship with clientsTimely completion of monthly quality requirementsQualificationsMinimum of 12 Months related work within UKAS accredited organisation P402, P403, P404 modules or equivalentCompetent and confident user of MS office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detailOrganised and proactive, with the ability to multi-taskFull UK drivers licenceSalary and BenefitsFull time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week plus paid overtime (when required)Salary up to £38,000 + Car AllowanceAnnual leave allowance of 33 days including public holidaysTravel and expenses costsPension contributionDeath in service benefitMental Health, Financial SupportOpportunities for supported training and career development.#Asbestos #Health&Safety #ConsultancyRSK Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer More detailed job description attached RSK will not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies other than RSK PSL or Secondary agencies.
