Engaging external consultants and supervising HSE licensed asbestos removal contractors.
Responsible for ensuring a robust approach is taken to asbestos management, control and disposal within the Council's Public Building stock.
About youYou will need: Qualified to HNC or equivalent in a construction or health and safety related discipline.BOHS P405 Management of Asbestos in BuildingsIT literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.Experience of managing and examining building inspection and testing certification in corporate buildings.Working in a customer focused organisation.Experience of liaising with internal customers to ensure projects are delivered effectively.Experience in working with Asset Management Databases
