As a crucial member of our care giving staff, you will provide personalised assistance and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and day centres.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, adaptable, and committed to enhancing the overall well-being and independence of the service users.
Responsibilities: Your duties will include personal care, assisting with dressing, feeding, and supporting in all basics of daily activity.
Administering of medication, maintaining records and reports.
Accompanying them to the shops and sometimes social activities, generally encouraging independence and personal fulfilment, sharing that warm cup of tea and listening to their news and stories.
Requirements: 6 months UK Support / Care experience Valid Right to Work in the UK CV covering 10 years work history PVG Update required through ASA Registration with the SSSC Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
