Responsibilities: Engaging Art Lessons: Deliver inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4, developing students' creative and practical skills.
Encourage Individual Expression: Create a classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves artistically.
GCSE Preparation: Support students aiming to pursue art at GCSE level, building their confidence and competence in various art mediums.
Collaborative Department: Work with the Art team to organise school exhibitions and showcase student talent, fostering a love of art throughout the school.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Art or related subject.
Strong background in various art forms and an enthusiasm for teaching.
Passion for fostering creativity and expression in students of all abilities.
Skilled in classroom management and promoting a respectful learning environment.
