You will take the lead for Art across the whole school.

You will have a flexible, creative and practical approach to learning and be responsible for developing individualised / small group programs.
Class sizes are no more than 7 students, with dedicated TA support and you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Successful candidates will be a part of a supportive team who work across Education, Care and Therapeutic services supporting each other's practice to develop specialist services to those with additional and complex care needs including: Autism and associated difficulties.

Candidate Profile A good knowledge of the ArtH National Curriculum, experience teaching up to GCSE level is essential.
An understanding of the Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or experience of working with children/young people with additional needs is an advantage.
The ability, confidence and willingness to work proactively alongside other experienced colleagues to develop Art through the school Applicants must hold QTS or Equivalent - we are looking for a qualified experienced Teacher.
